System Analyst and Implementation Engineer (CSG, Beer Sheva)
Dell EMC’s Cyber Solutions Group (CSG) vision is to make the cyber world safer by improving and revolutionizing the way incidents are detected, investigated and handled.
CSG provides a variety of innovative cyber security solutions and offers cyber security services from our Security Operations Center (SOC) in Beer Sheva. Our SOC utilizes advanced technologies and methodologies together with new cutting edge solutions developed in our R&D operations.
We are seeking qualified candidates to take part in the design, deployment and ongoing maintenance and improvement of cyber security solutions for customers’ security operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Learn and acquire a deep understanding of customers’ operations, systems and methodologies.
- Own the requirements gathering processes for system enhancements or new solutions.
- Deploy, integrate and test CSG solutions pre and post deployment in customers’ environment.
- Maintain CSG’s solutions at customers’ site, monitor system performance, fix bugs and suggest improvements.
- Deploy, configure and maintain SIEMs and other SOC systems.
- Background as a system analyst - understanding needs, characterizing processes, working with developers.
- Experience in implementation, integration, testing and technical support of large and complex IT systems.
- Experience and knowledge in the installation and maintenance of servers, applications, and other components in a virtual environment.
- Proven experience characterizing new systems/solutions and documenting requirements.
- High motivation to invest and learn much more about security operations technologies and systems.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
- BS degree in Information Systems or related field.
It’s even better if you have:
- Prior experience with RSA Archer or NetWitness products.
- Experience with other Security Operations Center (SOC) systems.
- Project management experience.
