Ready to develop your career in a truly global company? Within the RecoverPoint at Dell, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Beer Sheva.
You will contribute to our solutions that provide business continuity through continuous data protection of virtual machines, able to restore applications instantly to a specific point in time.
RecoverPoint delivers enterprise grade replication solution and can protect thousands of VMs with petabytes of data. It protects applications with bidirectional synchronous and asynchronous replication in physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructures.
We work in large scale agile methodologies, where each scrum team responsibility is spread on the entire technology stack, and is fully capable of shipping a finalized feature on its own.
Skills and requirements:
- At least 4 years of extensive development in Java
- Computer Science degree or related from a top university
- Be highly motivated and maintain a positive, “can-do” attitude in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with Java server-side programing (Maven, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Spring MVC) and RESTful architecture.
- Software development experience in client/server applications
- Familiar with multi-threaded programming
- Familiar with platform virtualization architectures (virtual machines, hypervisors, etc.)
It’s even better if you’re:
- Experienced with VMware stack
- Experienced with C++ / Python
- Knowledgeable withAWS, Azure
- Experienced with containers and microservices
- Understanding agile principles and its values
- Experienced with HTML, JavaScript, Angular, CSS
