תאור תפקיד: 
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly-end closing and deliver end-to-end reporting package (P&L, BS, CF, AR)
  • Responsible for Financial statements
  • Work directly with external audit team during quarterly and year-end audits to ensure all financial information is properly supported
  • Prepare and maintain budget monitoring files on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Lead implementation of new accounting standards
  • Verify compliance with Corporate guidance, procedures, and policies across organization
  • Responsible for Transfer Pricing policy and implementation
  • Analyze the company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, margins, costs, and compliance within budget
  • Management of bookkeeping staff
  • Provide quarterly financial reports to the investors
  • Direct responsibility for our subsidiaries
  • Monitor and audit payroll and other financial processes
  • Ensure compliance with all tax reporting requirements - including income tax and employment taxes
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulation and assist in tax structure
  • Monitor bank accounts and prepare cash management reports to ensure proper cash flow
  • Manage billing and collections
  • Assist with special projects as necessary
דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש: 
  • At least 3 years in one of the Big 4 accounting firms (Hi-tech department)
  • 4-6 years of experience as a CPA in a start-up company
  • Work Experience in scaling companies and building financial infrastructure
  • Experience in Hardware companies with strong operational/supply chain/inventory understanding– a must!
  • Well-grounded knowledge and comprehensive understanding of financial accounting and reporting according to US GAAP
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented and mindful of deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in financial statements preparation
  • Proven understanding of general ledger functions and month-end/year-end closing processes
  • Very well organized
  • Highly dynamic and motivated
  • Willing to take new responsibilities
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and strive well in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Self-starter and independent, with multi-tasking and great time management skills.
  • Great communication and inter-personal relationship skills
  • Fluent English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge in ERP systems (Experienced with Industrial Priority – advantage)
