SAP Finance Implementation Project Manager for a Pharma company

As a member of the Global ERP implementation task force, that is working to implement SAP S4 for all sites in the next few years.

Responsible in building the processes of Project Cost Controlling and Manufacturing Fixed Asset Controlling and implementation of the processes in all sites.

Evaluation of the current process in the current systems (Oracle / Navision act')

Align blue-print with key-stakeholders

Build the new process from ORACLE to SAP

Support Implementation with end-user training, testing

Put in place a management infrastructure to ensure update of Standard Operating Procedures
