What are we looking for?
A talented EA that can provide highly confidential, comprehensive, and effective support and personal assistance to the CEO. The Executive Assistant will report directly to the CEO and provide executive and administrative support. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external issues on all matters pertaining to the CEO. The Executive Assistant serves as a contact to the senior management teams and oversees special projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the CEO with daily administrative duties that include managing an active calendar of appointments.
Composing and preparing correspondence.
Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas as well as compiling documents for meetings.
Communicating with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinating logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.
Writing meeting minutes and providing follow-up on action items.
