We’re looking for a Senior Mobile UX to join our amazing growing team where each team member makes an impact.

This is an active hands-on role that will require a designer who can solve complex visual and interaction design challenges as well as market and user research.

Responsibilities:

• Storyboards, process flow, sitemaps, UI mockups, prototypes, and more will be your canvas. You should be comfortable in an Agile framework, and will get to spend time with users through interviews, observations, journey mapping, process flowing, etc to gain empathy for their use cases.
• Deliver ideas and concepts, and translate them into world class designs for products on iOS and Android
• Contribute to design development throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial explorations through final design deliverables. This includes continuous QA during development to ensure the product is aligned with the design specifications
• Push creativity, challenge established thinking, and discover new ways of solving problems

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our amazing growing team where every team member makes an impact.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for owning the entire product definition process. You will work with our R&D and Graphics teams to create detailed and encompassing specifications for our apps. Your work will influence the day-to-day of more than 20 Million active users (and counting).

Responsibilities:

• Ensure success and growth of the product by developing a product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management framework
• Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed MRDs, PRDs, UI/XU & flow, wireframes, defining AB test and user stories, prioritize backlog and handle development/engineering
• Analyze the success of the feature once it’s released to production, responsible for the usage data and patterns, and run tests to optimize & improve performance and business results
• Work with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Designers, BI/BA, etc.) to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation
• Find opportunities for key initiatives to improve the customer experience.
• Manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features
• You will understand the market, competition, and champion our users to craft product strategies that will lead to long-term success.

• בניית תהליכים, הכנת טמפלטים
• תכנון והכנת חומרים לפגישות וצוותי עבודה של שותפים (מסמכים, מצגות ועוד)
• ריכוז, תכלול והפקת אירועים שיווקיים ותקשורתיים

א . ביצוע עבודות התקנה ואחזקה קלה ביחידות מנהל וההוראה, סיוע בסידור כיתות, מתן מענה ראשוני בכיתות, בחדרי הישיבות וכנסים לצרכי מולטימדיה ובכלל.
ב . פיקוח על תשתית המבנים, ניקיון המבנים, גינון וחצרנות.
ג . ביצוע ואחריות על עבודות העבר ה וסבלות בתחומי פעילותו.
ד . טיפול וארגון מחסן אזורי לצרכים שוטפים: ציוד, ריהוט וכו', סיוע באיסוף וחלוקת דואר וכביסה.
ה . רישום יומן אירועים ותקלות ודיווחן לגורמים הרלוונטיים מח' אחזקה, מח' ביטחון, מח' בטיחות גהות ואיכות הסביבה, ומעקב אחר ביצוע.
ו . ליווי ופיקוח משקי על עבודות קבלני חוץ: הדברה, קבלני שיפוצים, זגגות וכו'.
ז . סיוע בביקורת בטיחות, בתאום עם הממונה.
ח . הכנת הסידורים הנדרשים מטעם מחלקת המשק לאירועים ופעילויות, וסיוע בביצוע מטלות בכל אתרי האוניברסיטה.
ט . ביצוע מטלות נוספות בהנחיית הממונה.
י . כפיפות: מנהל אזור.
