Responsibilities include building and maintaining the ontology content within our platform as well as creating detailed mappings between terminologies and ontologies as part of our project implementation with customers. This expert will also work with and guide our internal development teams as well as with professional services teams.

Job Brief We are looking for an energetic training specialist, who will introduce the MDClone platform to end users. The specialist will work closely with clinicians, researchers and IT/BI teams and will be MDClone’s representative on-site with our customers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Development of training materials and work methods
• Training analysts, clinicians, researchers, and IT staff
• Encourage input and feedback from end-users to streamline implementation of the platform
• Work with the MDClone professional services & product technical teams on content development
• Solicit feedback from end-users and share with internal teams

• בחינה כלכלית של מיזוגים ורכישות.
• ניתוח דוחות כספיים.
• בקרה תקציבית
• ריכוז וכימות תכניות חיסכון והתייעלות בחברה.
• מתן סיוע, ייעוץ ופתרונות כלכליים לגורמים שונים בחברה - חברות בוועדות מקצועיות, ועדות היגוי וכו'.
• שותפות במשא ומתן מול גורמי חוץ ומוסדות ממשלתיים בנושאים כלכלים  ברמה  המגזרית וברמה  הכילית (רכבת, נמלים, רשות החשמל ועוד).
• עבודה מול כל הדרגים בחברה וכן מול הארגונים הכילים.

• פיתוח והובלת תהליכים

1. ארגון וניהול פעילויות התוכנית בהנחיית הממונה.
2. ארגון וטפול בנושאי מנהל הסטודנטים ומנהל ההוראה, יישום תוכנית הלימודים, ופרסומה.
3. מתן שירות וקיום שעות קבלה לסטודנטים: רישום לקורסים, אישורים, פטורים, ציונים, קביעת מועדים מיוחדים, החלטות מעבר, ניהול תיק סטודנט, בוגרים, הכוונה וסיוע בנושאי מינהל אקדמי.
4.  קשר עם המרצים בתכנית הן מהארץ והן מחו"ל וטיפול בהזמנת מרצים אורחים.
5. שווק התכנית בארץ ובחו"ל וניהול קשרי הציבור של התכנית.
6. טיפול במערכת השעות: דיווח קורסים, הזמנת חדרים, מעקב ופרסום שינויים במערכת.
7. טיפול בבחינות: תאום לוח הבחינות עם סגל ההוראה ומדור בחינות, מעקב אחר קבלת ציונים, טפול בערעורים, טפול במועדים מיוחדים וכו'.
8. מעקב אחר תהליכי קבלת סטודנטים, מענה לפניות מועמדים וקשר עם מתקבלים. ריכוז הטיפול בנושאי כ"א סגל אקדמי לסוגיו המלמדים בתכנית.
9. ארגון אירועים: כנסים, ימים פתוחים, טקסי בוגרים, סיוע בהכנת פרסומי התכנית ועדכון האתר.
10. מענה לצרכי התוכנית בתחום הלוגיסטי : תקלות, ריהוט, התאמות, התקנות וכו'.
11. שפור ופתוח פעילויות המחלקה בתחומי אחריותה.
12. כפיפות למנהל האקדמי של התכנית.
