About you
You are a Professional Services Engineer who is comfortable owning all pre/post sales process including deployment planning and execution, top tier support and client success. Interacting directly with the customer's personal and or project teams, you can support our sales teams and channels and become our customers trusted advisor on webapp security. You can serve as the technical expert to the customer project teams helping with technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives. You are highly technical, hands-on person and can develop and maintain an expertise on the platform as well as websites JS and third-party integrations.
As a Professional Services Engineer your responsibilities are:
● Oversee complex security focused deployments of a unique, one of a kind platform, in order to enable successful adoption of it
● Design and develop technical and business logic tools to enable you and your team’s success
● Provide customers with technical support for solution implementations and work internally with QA, R&D and product teams to reflect customer needs
● Work side by side with customers to solve their unique problems across a variety of use cases
Must Have Qualifications
● At least two years’ experience in technical support or professional services
● Good understanding in of HTML requests structure and Chrome developer tools
● Hands on experience in JavaScript development as well as HTML and CSS.
● Strong problem-solving skills along with the ability to work independently
● Strong execution mentality, self-starter, strong team player
● Highly self-motivated and focused on delivering business benefit
● Fluent oral and written English
Nice to Have Qualifications
● Experience in the use of web monitoring tools such as Fiddler, and others.
● Understanding of the third-party industry (ad-tech, marketing, chats)
● Experience managing clients with multiple focal points (security, projects, R&D, marketing)
● Experience in training sessions to small and large groups
● Ability to speak in conventions and events
● Willingness to travel on occasions
● Experience in building browser extensions
● Experience in server-side language such as Node.js, .Net or PHP
